Our specialised CAD department utilizes three high-performance CAD/CAM workstations and boasts over 60 years of combined expertise in advanced design systems.
We predominantly use Autodesk PowerShape, PowerMill, PowerInspect, Fusion360, along with Creo and CATIA to offer complete modelling solutions. From full CAD modelling and intricate surface generation to seamless data exchange through IGES, STEP, or DXF formats, we work hand-in-hand with each client to ensure their design needs are fully understood and delivered to perfection.
CAM
Our machining capabilities are built for versatility and precision – handling both hard and soft materials with ease. From resin boards to aluminium, cast iron, and steel, our machines are perfectly suited for producing high-quality models, patterns, fixtures, and moulds.
With over 100 years of combined experience, our CAM team brings deep expertise in part programming and CNC machining across 3- and 5-axis platforms. Using Autodesk PowerMill and advanced simulation software, we create optimised cutting strategies for every job. On the shop floor, our engineers are fully trained across all major control systems, including Heidenhain, Hurco, WinMax, and Fanuc – ensuring efficient, accurate results from concept to completion.
